    Let our experienced estimators take the stress out of filing your insurance claim. We are in the business of looking out for your best interest. When a storm has caused damage to your roof, our estimators will come out to take photos of your roof and discuss our findings with you. We will be your advocate when working with the insurance company on your behalf. We will meet with the claims adjuster from your insurance company to review the damage on the roof and will work with the adjuster to ensure your roof is restored to its pre-damage condition.

    HIGH-QUALITY

    UNDERLAYMENT

    Some companies will use a cheaper underlayment, and since it’s under your shingles, you might never know. We always use the highest quality synthetic underlayment and ice & water shield. It best protects your home, and that’s that.

    AND THE RIGHT AMOUNT

    We have looked for every way to improve the quality of our workmanship. One way that seems small but makes a huge difference is the type of nails we use. On each roof, we use 6 ring shank nails per shingle in a storm nailing pattern and pole barn screws on all pipe boots and apron flashings to ensure a leak free roof.

    LEAD PIPE

    BOOTS & FLASHING

    We use lead pipe boots on all PVC plumbing vents, custom painted to match your new roof. We use lead because it is unaffected by UV rays and unlike neoprene boots that other roofing companies often use, our lead pipe boots will last the life of the roof. A new roof is about more than new shingles. Who wants a new roof with old/reused flashing? We replace all flashing as a part of the Tim Leeper Roofing system, while most companies will reuse the old/pre-existing flashing with holes left from its previous installation. It's not a new roof if you are reusing old flashing.

    Replacing a roof is a messy job. From old shingles, nails, underlayment, etc., it can get messy fast! You take pride in your home and so do we. We use boards to protect your windows, doors, HVAC unit and other vulnerable areas. Tarps are placed on the ground to collect any old shingles and debris. We also use breathable landscaping fabric to cover and protect your landscaping while allowing it to breathe. Finally, we clean out your gutters, run a high powered magnet through your yard to collect any fallen nails and haul away all of the debris, leaving your property as we found it but better, with a brand new roof!
